Managed IT

Managed IT means your technology is someone's job. Specifically, ours. Devices, accounts, updates, monitoring and support are handled as one system, by a named engineer who knows your environment, with a plan that's written down.

What's covered

What this actually includes.

Day-to-day support for your whole team, remote and on-site

24/7 monitoring of devices, servers and key services

Patch management for operating systems and core software

User onboarding and offboarding, covering accounts, devices and access

Asset and licence tracking, so nothing renews by surprise

A named engineer who knows your setup, not a ticket queue

In practice

How we actually run it.

01

Baseline first.

We document your environment (devices, accounts, network, software) and bring everything up to a known, secure standard. Then we hand you that document. Most providers keep it in their heads; we think it belongs to you.

02

Then we keep it that way.

Monitoring agents watch disk health, patching, backups and security posture around the clock. Maintenance happens on a schedule, not when something starts smoking.

03

Support without the friction.

Your team contacts us directly by email, phone or message. The person responding already knows your setup, so fixes start from context, not from 'have you tried turning it off and on again'.

An honest check

How to tell you need it.

If two or more of these are true, this service will pay for itself. If none of them are, you genuinely don't need us for this, and we'll tell you so.

01

Nobody is quite sure who updates what, or when.

02

New starters wait days for accounts and laptops.

03

The same small issues keep coming back.

04

You've become the unofficial IT person, and it's not your job.

Ready when you are

Let's talk.

No jargon, no pressure, no sales script. Just a straightforward conversation about your business and its technology.
