Why we started
Irish businesses deserved better than what was out there.
Honestly? Daratec exists because we kept seeing the same thing: good businesses being let down by IT support that treated them like a ticket number. Always reactive. Never personal. Just another direct debit going out every month with very little to show for it.
The plan from day one was to build something different. An IT company that actually knows your business, picks up the phone when you call, and treats your technology as seriously as you treat your livelihood.
